This home started off as so many do, with separate rooms and a small kitchen, not up to the task of today’s lifestyle. We suggested reorganizing and opening the main floor, which involved 2 bearing wall removals and the addition of support beams to make it possible. From there, we positioned the kitchen to take advantage of the amazing views of their beautiful backyard. Wow!!!!
