After living with an old builders Oak kitchen for many years, our homeowner wanted to brighten and freshen things up. We suggested changing from the peninsula style kitchen that was underperforming, to a full island style, with extended cabinetry down the wall. The result was a large kitchen that finally allowed the room to prepare a meal properly with space to store all the things she needed that were previously stored downstairs.
